Cancelling appointments

There may be urgent reasons for you to cancel your appointment and would like to reschedule. Cancelling an appointment has to be done 48 hours before. When you cancel on shorter notice we have to charge you for lost time: dentist appointment € 80, oral hygienist € 60 and prevention assistant € 40. You may cancel your appointment by e-mail, fax or phone. After office hours you may leave a message on our answering machine.
