Sealing

Sealing is a preventive treatment. It is possible that someone who does not eat sweets, brushes his or her teeth perfectly has to deal with cavities anyway. In those cases it may be possible that the saliva has a certain acid gradation or that the saliva contains an extensive amount of bacteria. When this is the case we can provide vulnerable spots, especially the fissures in molars, with a special sealant which is hardened by light. Especially in young people cavities can be prevented with this treatment. But also older clients can ask for this treatment. Sealing has no negative effect on your teeth whatsoever.
