What we expect from you?

You may and can expect a lot from us. However, we expect some things from you too. Being on time for an appointment is one of them. Due cancelling another, so we avoid idle time in which we could have helped other clients. A set appointment should be cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand. When you cancel later or you do not show up at all for your appointment, you will be charged for the timeframe the professional has reserved for you. Apart from this, we expect even more from you; we expect you to be motivated to adapt or keep up good oral hygiene. This strengthens your teeth and prevents you from undergoing treatments that otherwise could have been avoided.
